What data we process and why

When you buy a pattern we process your email and the data needed to process the payment, solely to manage your order, send you the pattern and issue the receipt. The legal basis is the performance of the purchase contract.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Your card details go directly to Stripe; this website never sees or stores them.

Retention

We keep order data for the periods required by tax and accounting law.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@milyunhilo.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This website only uses the browser's technical storage to remember your basket. YouTube videos are not loaded until you press play.
